We hope you love your bag as much as we loved creating it for you. To ensure the longevity of your product, please take note of the following:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to rain & humidity. If your product gets wet, please gently blot with a soft, dry cloth and let it air-dry naturally.
• Wipe occasionally with a clean, soft and slightly damp cloth. If you require deeper cleaning, please use a leather cleaner specifically suitable for cow milled leather and test first on a hidden area. 
• Do not use alcohol, baby wipes, household cleaners or excessive water to clean, as these can alter the colour and finish of the leather. 
• Natural oils and lotions from your hands can gradually affect the leather's appearance. 
• Store bag in the dustbag provided and not hanging, to retain the shape and grain of the leather. 

PLEASE NOTE: Milled leather has a naturally textured, softly pebbled appearance. Variations in grain, colour, and small natural markings are characteristic of genuine cow leather and are not considered defects.
